Installing your Printer Driver
Most Zebra printers will come with a CD, which can be used to install the printer driver. However you can also visit Zebra.com and download the driver too. Click here for their printer support page. https://www.zebra.com/us/en/support-downloads/printers.html.
Locate and click on the printer you have purchased. Find the Drivers option below, then download the ZebraDesigner Driver 32/64 bit. Certified for Windows.
Accept and Begin Download Now.
Click on the downloaded .exe File. Below is a slide show of what you should see. Click Next on the various Windows, then Finally Select Finish, this will then take you to the Selecting the printer driver.
You should then come to a window where you can install your driver. Install Printer, select your printer (e.g. ZDesigner GC420T), Choose your Port (USB), then Finish and Install your Driver.
Your Printer Driver should now be Installed.
